How It Works
Just give us a shout within 30 days from the day you receive your items. Drop us a message, and we'll guide you through the painless return process!
Fine Print (not so fine, really!)
Feel free to try on your new gear, just like you would in a shop, but let's keep it to a trial run. If we receive an item that's damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, unfortunately, we won't be able to process a refund. In such cases, we might need to send it back to you (and kindly ask you to cover the delivery costs).
